Note that orders containing more than one item will be given a processing time according to the specific item.

Prior to shipment before shipping, we\’ll conduct a thorough inspection of the items you\’ve purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please be aware that it\’s possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
