These pots have a reservoir which is for two functions. 1. It stores excess water as a buffer, allowing the plant to drink when thirsty. 2. It keeps redundant water away from the roots, preventing them from developing root rot. These pots have a plug in the bottom so the pot doesn’t leak water inside. When placing the pot outside, remove the plug so that after heavy rainfall, excess water can drain away via the overflow.
Artstone planters are made from 50% of natural stone, and 50% of recycled plastic, making them strong but lightweight for easy moving.
